Project Manager: MoHo Partnership Group – Motorbike Hotels and Velontour

An overview of your role:

• Member & partner support: As the central point of contact, you’ll work closely with our partner businesses, coordinate enquiries and ensure our brands’ quality standards are met.
• Strategic development: You’ll contribute your ideas and bring fresh perspectives to help secure the future of MoHo and Velontour’s positioning and thought leadership in the Alpine region and beyond.
• App & platform management: You’ll be responsible for the content and functionality of the MoHo app, keeping tour and hotel details up to date, and further developing digital features together with our team.
• Event & trade fair management: From concept and logistical preparation right through to representing our brands in person at trade and public fairs, you’ll represent our brands at these events.
• Project Coordination: You will manage marketing initiatives, printed materials and seasonal campaigns in close collaboration with the in-house marketing and graphics team.

The following qualities will be helpful:

• A solid educational background and/or several years’ experience in tourism, marketing or an advertising agency
• Experience in project management
• Strong organisational skills, a structured and independent approach to work, and a hands-on attitude
• Strong communication skills, a personable manner and a passion for networking at trade fairs and industry events
• Customer focus
• Written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Reliability, accuracy, creativity and a team-oriented approach
